About me

Hello! My name is Yuka Miyazaki. I’m a 19 years girl and I go to Kumamoto Gakuen University.

First, let me introduce my family. Family constitution is grand parents, parents, 2 older brothers, older sister and me. Because we are very close, we often travel ( ex. Hot spring ) when my sister come back to Kumamoto.

On February 11^th, I’ll welcome a new sister! Because my older brother going to marry. I’m so glad because she is very kind and above all, family member will increase! I want to talk with her a lot.

Next, it’s about my favorite. I usually go to shopping or go to trip with my friend or boy friend on weekends. Last Christmas, we went to Nagasaki and enjoyed shopping, sightseeing, and watching illuminations of “Huis Ten Bosch”. It was very romantic! Then, this weekend’s plan is to stay Yuhuin is known their hot springs.

At university, I’m studying a lot of thing. Though it is hard to talk in English for me, I like its pronunciation and intonation. That is why I entered this University.

My most interesting thing is to know about different cultures and watching foreign movies. My favorite movies are “Moulin Rouge!”, “Les Chorister” and “Roman Holiday”. Audrey Hepburn is so pretty! I want to visit Hollywood during my stay, and I wish I could feel my life with a sense of film by English. Then, I’d like to be a wonderful movie translator like Natsuko Toda someday.

My favorite animal

My favorite animal is cats. I like their arbitrary character very much.

I have 2 cats as a pet now. One is boy, named Peach. Another one is girl, named Chacha. Let me introduce their character.

Peach is 3 years old and he is very friendly with everyone. He has beautiful gray fur and he also has beautiful green eyes. He was a stray cat when I met him. His body was very thin and his voice is also weak. My grandfather gave him some food, he ate them all vigorously. Now, he is overweight cat…

Chacha is old cat, so I do not know her correct age. Probably, she is 14 years old. She is shy and timid of other cats. Her fur is so lovely. She is a tortoise shell cat. I have went to bed with her when I was a little girl because she is warm and she has fluffy fur. Now she is very ole cat, but her charming fluffy fur is fine.

Last month, I and my boyfriend went to pet shop, Kamitoori. There were a lot of pretty cats and dogs. Most of them were sleeping.

I asked shop assistant to hold some cats and I could held very pretty cats! I liked Russian-blue cat best. Peach is Russian-blue too. My boyfriend likes dogs than cats. His favorite dog is Chihuahua. He looked so happy to hold a cute Chihuahua.

I do not like dogs because I go t bitten by a small dog when I was 6 years old…

Memorial Day

I am going to talk about my memorial day.

My memorial day is school festival when I was in the 3^rd year in high school.

This year’s school festival was the last festival for us because we were going to graduate from high school. 1^st and 2^nd year classes can only some play, but 3^rd year students can use foods and we can open stalls.

My class decided to open okonomiyaki stall. We talked over the matter to our heart’s content before the summer vacation. For example, how many okonomiyaki have to stock and how is price? We also had to decide our class’ shirts. Each class can make their own shirts. Our class’ one is orange color and a cherry blossom is written and we wrote our stall’s name (daimonozi) center of it.

Most high school does not always hold school festival in 3^rd year because they have to concentrate on study for the examination. However, our high school is different form other high school. We enjoy the school festival with all students.

Because this is the last event for 3^rd year students, everyone swell very much. Every student sale their foods with all their might. It was very happy I matched power together, and to enliven the school festival, but we became lonely when we thought that the high school life was last in this.

Our class’ sale was 2^nd place in 10 classes. It was splendid achievement!!

After the festival, we squirt each other lemon pops! Everyone was laughing or crying.

This school festival likes my whole high school life. The day was memorial day.

Bad day

I am going to talk about my best bad day. It is the last Sunday. I had a bad gastroenteritis. I had have sickness since Friday, and I have began to vomit since Sunday to Friday. I vomit more than 10 times in half day at least and my hands and legs went to sleep because I vomit too much.

Mother picked me up to the Kumamoto regional medical treatment center on Sunday but I couldn't stand up and walk any more. However, 2 nurses who have finished their work run up to me and brought me a wheelchair. They stood by me and talked me in tender voice all the time.

I couldn't say thank you at that time but I want to say so if I meet them again.

I don’t remember particular but during I was in the hospital, I griped my mother’s hand and said, “mother～,Shinchan～( he is my boyfriend)” told me this my mother. I thought when people have a sick, we maybe become weak.

My medical care on that day was intravenous drip and intramuscular injection. Intramuscular injection was very hurt.

I went to the hospital on morning but when I could return to home was in the midnight.

I often quarrel with my mother over a trivial thing but mother stand by me and support me everyday. ( of course, that day too.) I think it is important to help each other. I also thought when someone has a sick, I have to help him or her.

It was a very bad day, but I learn about importance to connect with other people.

My favorite subject

I am going to talk about my photo albums. These are my best precious things because there is my whole life in it.

I have many photos. Most are taken by my parents. They made my special photo album for me. In it, I am laughing, crying, smiling, or angry. I can feel my parents’ love to me when they have taken my pictures.

Each photo is poof of my life.

After I became a high school student, my life is changed. I spent most of day with my friends, and time to spend with my family decreased. Whenever I look few photographs of my high school days, I think “I am sorry, mother, father…”

After I graduated high school, I became often go for a trip with my family again, and pictures with family also increased.

Now I have a hobby. It is taking pictures by my own camera. I did some part time job and I bought single-lens reflex for my first pay. I like to shoot people’s various expressions, sky, and casual everyday life. My own photo albums hold these photographs.

Recently, I often take pictures in busy city. For example, I like to shoot people passing at a quick pace, shop window, neon sign, and the car’s headlights. I also like views from the car window. Every picture is beautiful but let me feel some loneliness. Perhaps, the reason why I take such pictures is my boyfriend will go to Tokyo next year.

Pictures witch is taken by me are memory of my feelings.

I and my boyfriend went to cinema to watch "pirates of caribbean" on June 2nd.
Theater was very crowded!! We are working at this cinema, so we thought "I'm sorry..."

6/6 catch ball

6/6... I and my boyfriend went to a large park near the Ezuko lake. We enjoy catch ball and badminton there. He was good at batting because he have belonged to baseball club when he was elementary school and junior high school student. I couldn't hit his ball never...
