This is my bed side. There are only lump, clock until now.
Christmas is around here, so I put little Christmas tree, snow dome, snow candle. Those are the present from my boyfriend. (Not Christmas present!)
Apple wine is in this side of champagne.
I'm looking forward to Christmas!! Did you decide what things present for your boyfriend or girl friend? I don't decide about it yet...(>ﾛ<;)

Book Review 2-10 "Shakespeare His Life And Plays"

This book is written about William Shakespeare, the greatest dramatist in England.

He was born 22nd April 1564, in Stratford-upon-Avon. His childhood was quite happy and he was the best student at a famous school. He could certainly read Latin, French, and Italian. But his plays are clearly the work of a professional man of the theatre, so there is the mystery "Did Shakespeare writes them?" There are few historical material about Shakespeare. His letter, diary, and manuscript too. There is a mystery in his plays. Because his plays can't write without knowledge of law or the classics. Therefore, there are some opinions that the name "Shakespeare" is another dramatist's false name. I surprised about that!

I noticed Christopher Marlowe is the living image of Shakespeare. I do not know the fact, but it is very interest view.

He wrote many plays. For example, "Midsummer Night's Dream", "Othello", "Hamlet", "Romeo and Juliet". I want to read his all the plays!! But it is difficult to read his play in the original for me...

Book Review 2-9 "Cinderella and Other Stories"

This book contains 4 stories of some fairy tale princess.
Snow white, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Beauty and Beast. This book is level 1, so it is easy to read.
I think most of people know about those stories, but I really enjoyed about this book because I have wanted to become a princess when I was a child. (^^;)
I thought it is good to read a fairy tale story once in a while.
After I read this book, I come to want to watch Disney movie☆

Book Review 2-8 "Notting Hill"

This story was made by the same director of "Love Actually". I like both stories. In both of movies, Hugh Grant is acting. I like him very much. (^ω^)

In the case of "Love Actually", famous man and an ordinarily woman fall in love, but in "Notting Hill", their position is change. A famous woman and an ordinarily man fall in love.
I want to talk about in detail about this book, but I can not remember their name... I'm sorry.

There are an ordinarily man lives in Notting Hill. He runs a bookstore there, but no customer.
One day, a beautiful woman visits his store. Surprisingly, she was Anna who is a famous Hollywood movie star. (Oh, I remembered her name!!) And they are fall in love.

I think it is very romantic because should not fall in love in usually for they are famous movie star and an ordinarily man. Anna worry about that, and Hugh worry too. "I live in Notting Hill, but she lives Beverly Hills." ←I impressed on this line.
Overcoming a lot of difficulty, the couple finally got married. If you have not read or watched this story, I recommend reading this!!

Book Review 2-7 "THE OSCARS"

I read this book because I like movies! (>ω<) I didn't know about Oscars in detail until recently, but this book contains a lot of things or stories about the Oscars. I surprised that many actor and actress got the Oscar prizes but some of them refused to receive their prizes. To get the prizes is very proud for them, but the actor or actress who don't receive think it is not welcome to get the Oscars. Marlon Blond who acts in God father did not receive the Oscar.

If you interested in movie, this book is good for understand it.

Book Review 2-6 "Love Actually"

This is my one of the favorite stories. This story was drawn various love stories.

★Love between Prime minister and his secretary, Natalie.

The new Prime minister is young, handsome, and single. His first job is to show the soul of England to the U.S. President. But he can't do his job enough because he fall in love with Natalie.
Then, the President comes to England, and the Prime minister found the President try to kissing to Natalie! The Prime minister, David was unwilling to show aggressive behavior to the President at first, but after found that Scene, he show an aggressive behavior to him at press conference. David gets the citizen's popularity because of this happening, but his foggy feeling to Natalie can't stop. He shifted Natalie from his staff to another position. However, 2 weeks later, one Christmas card arrived to David. This was from Natalie. The card says, "My heart is yours." Reading the card, David decides to visit Natalie and tell her his love.

★Love between Sam and his stepfather Daniel.

Daniel who is the step father of Sam lost his wife. He feels really sad about that, but there is one more care. It is about Sam. After his mother died, he did not talk to his step stepfather. Daniel thought his helpless cause Sam's powerless. But actually, the reason why his powerless is love. He in love with his classmate. He began training drum to perform with the girl. The performs date is Christmas!! They succeed in their drum, but the girl going to fly to America after the perform. Sam chases off her to the airport and tell her his love and goodbye. I like this scene very much. Sam chases her desperately in the airport. It is a cute story☆

★Jamie and Aurelia

Jamie was robbed of his lover from a younger brother. He goes to a cottage near the lake to heal his heart. Then, he met a woman. Her name is Aurelia, Jamie's new helper. They were different race, so they can't communicate each other but gradually, they come to communicate by gesture and they also come to have love. However, Jamie returns to England and they have apart. Jamie can't forget about Aurelia so he go to her country and tell her "Marry me." Their last scene is very emotional.

There are a lot of another love story but I can't write everything because I really love this story, so once I write about this story, my book review become very long.(^^;)

movie review 3 Romeo and Juliet

I have watched this movie a lot of times before because I like its story very much. It’s a very tragic love story, but it is also beautiful.
This “Romeo and Juliet” was taken by Baz Luhrman whom I like the best. His movies are each lively and he is good at make a tragic love story, I think. Beauty and the same as the original even if he changes the story’s era to the present day.
　　Main characters are Romeo Montague, Juliet Capulet, Mercutio, Tybalt, Paris, Romeo’s parents, and Juliet’s parents. Romeo is son of Montague and Juliet is the daughter of Capulet. Mercutio is Romeo’s best friend. Tybalt is Juliet’s cousin. Paris is the governor’s son and he wants to marry Juliet.
The story begins with the sheen of the quarrel of Montague family and Capulet family. Both family are rich and do not get along with each other from ancient times. Romeo and Juliet fell in love without noticing that they are each enemies. The sheen witch they meet for the first time is very romantic. When Romeo was watching at the fish of the water tank, his eyes matched somebody from the other side of the water tank. It was Juliet’s eyes. I think it’s so romantic, silent, beautiful scene. They fall in love by an instant and they kissed. I like their exchange at that time. Juliet said that Thus from my lips, by thine, my sin is purged. Romeo replied that sin from my lips? O trespass sweetly urged! Give me my sin again. And they kissed again. After that, they know that his/her lover is the enemy.
That night, Romeo goes to Capulet’s mansion to meet Juliet. This scene’s words are very famous, beautiful, and romantic! These words are spoken in archaic word. It’s easy to understand to me because I have watched this movie in Japanese translate before and I have also read the original, but I may not understand these lines if it was the first time that I watched this movie.
Next morning, Romeo went to Father Laurence. He was the father who did not seem to be a father because he has a tattoo of the cross to his back and he drank liquor from morning and wore aloha shirt, but he is a good man.
Romeo and Juliet married in the morning by Father Laurence’s help. However, Romeo killed Tybalt because he killed Romeo’s best friend Mercutio after the wedding. The fate of Romeo and Juliet turn bigger after that. Romeo is banished from the country, and Juliet is going to be married off to Paris forcibly by a parent. She hated the marriage with Paris and visited Father Laurence. He suggested an idea for Juliet, but it didn’t succeed by destined mischief. Finally, they are died. It was very sorrowful scene. If Romeo read the letter, if his friend did not see Juliet’s false funeral, and if Juliet woke up early in on second more, they would be happy. There are many “if”.
They died, but the death was drawn very beautifully by Baz Luhrmann. I really like him. His movie attracts us by unforgettable screen constitution and the usage of the color. I think that nobody but him can depict the death filled with sadness and beauty.
Juliet gives a ring witch is carved “I love thee” to Romeo when he killed Tybalt. Actually, it is carved with "I love thee" on the ring which I got from a boyfriend.
